"WIN AMTS & GO"
The company GL EVENTS ITALIA S.r.l., with a registered office in Via Nizza, 294 10126 - Turin, announces the sweepstakes called "WIN AMTS & GO," which will occur according to the procedures described below.
Art. 1) DELEGATED SUBJECT
The promoting party delegates the company MAX MARKETING S.r.l. with its operational headquarters in Via Cassala n. 16/18 Brescia and registered office in Via F. Pontara n. 26 Concesio (BS) to carry out the administrative practices related to this prize contest.
Art. 2) TERRITORIAL SCOPE
Entire national territory and the Republic of San Marino.
Art. 3) PURPOSE AND RECIPIENTS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES.
The sweepstakes are aimed at visitors over 18 years of age who purchase a full ticket for the AMTS Auto Motor Turin Show to be held April 19-21, 2024, at LINGOTTO FIERE in Turin.
Art. 4) DURATION
Advertising start date: February 26, 2024
Participation period: from February 26, 2024, to April 21, 2024, inclusive.
Art. 5) PRIZE MONEY
No. 1 FIAT 500 Hatchback My23 500 1.0 70Cv Hybrid KM0 is worth 14,400.00 euros, including VAT and IPT.
Art. 6) METHODS OF CONDUCT.
In order to participate in the sweepstakes, purchasing a full admission ticket to the AMTS Auto Motor Turin Show is necessary. Reduced, complimentary, and convention tickets do not participate in the sweepstakes. After purchase, interested parties should log on to the website https://amtstorino.it/102727/concorso-wingo (the URL is also indicated on each ticket) and register with their personal information, entering the ticket number.
At the end of the sweepstakes, the grand prize winner will be drawn among all purchasers registered on the sweepstakes website. The random drawing will be conducted by April 30, 2024, in the presence of a notary public or the official in charge of consumer protection and public faith at the Brescia Chamber of Commerce. In addition to the winner, an additional No. 5 names will be drawn randomly to serve as a Reserve.
Art. 7) NOTIFICATION OF WINNINGS.
The winner will be notified by email to the address provided at the time of registration. The winner must accept the winnings by responding within 7 days from receipt of the notice of winnings by returning a particular form filled in with all the required data together with a copy of a valid identity document.
Suppose the delegated party does not receive a response within the deadline above. In that case, the winner will lose the right to the prize, and the first reserve in the ranking will be contacted, who must accept the award in the same manner as previously provided.
Art. 9) BENEFICIARY NGO.
If the prize cannot be awarded, it will be donated to

In case of express refusal, the prize will remain available to the promoting company.
Art. 8) TERMS AND METHODS OF DELIVERY OF PRIZES.
THE FIAT 500 will be registered in the winner's name and delivered to ITALMOTOR Torino S.r.l. within 180 days from the date of award. Suppose the winner resides outside the Piedmont Region and Bordering Regions (Valle d'Aosta, Lombardy, Liguria). In that case, the promoting company will reimburse the documented expenses necessary to reach the dealer up to a maximum of 400 euros by prior arrangement.
Art. 10) WAIVER OF RECOVERY.
The promoting entity declares that it waives the right to reclaim withholding tax in favor of the winners according to Article 30 of Presidential Decree No. 600 of September 29, 1973.
Art. 11) AVAILABILITY OF THE REGULATIONS.
A full copy of these regulations will be available to participants at the website https://amtstorino.it/102727/concorso-wingo and at the ticket office.
Art. 12) PROCESSING OF THE PARTICIPANTS' DATA.                                                                          According to Art. 13 of the EU Regulation 679/2016 ("RGPD"), the promoting company is the Data Controller, and the company MAX MARKETING S.r.l. is the External Data Processor limited to managing the competition files.
